“The GOOD: In a prime location to everything, the staff was friendly and courteous, and the breakfast was tailored made. The BAD: Inside the room, the floors are covered in dark stains (so gross), the bathroom has a dungeon feel and the shower surrounding has a lot of mold. The rooms desperately needs to be refinished or upgraded.”

“This used to be a great hotel just few years ago. I've stayed here on many occasions on my trips to Ghana. Heard its under a new management and they are doing a poor job maintaining this facility. Pros: -The staff I met were friendly as always. Their old manager used to engage with the customers and sometimes will request to join you for breakfast. Customers really looked forward to that. Heard the new manager is not about that life. -Breakfast was good but the varieties now compared to the last……

“Room was clean, staff very helpful and responsive. Included breakfast had a range of options. Due to family activities, we did not get to use the pool, but looked very clean and inviting. Beds are quite firm. AC worked very well. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in town visiting family.”

“We really did appreciate the large poly tank to have plenty of water, and consistent electricity. Our driver did amazing getting to the top of the hill in his tro-tro van. He and our guide really enjoyed watching the soccer (football) matches on your big screen with satellite. My family enjoyed having broadband to watch a couple of movies on the upstairs big screen TV. “What an awful experience,where do I start? A few days before my trip I contacted the property. The owner first said he couldn't host me because he was fully booked and asked me to cancel the reservation. After a few exchanges he said he could host me if I booked directly with him (at a higher price than what I had booked). At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy……

“The moment I saw the property, I knew my family would love it. Sometimes pictures don’t do a place justice, but this one exceeded our expectations. My wife even loved it, along with the kids, which brings me so much joy. The owner was also very responsive and willing to help with anything we needed.”

“Tranquility haven is indeed a "Serene oasis! Love’d the lush greenery, gorgeous gazebo, and peaceful vibe. Perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature. Great host, clean space, and tranquil atmosphere made my stay truly relaxing "”

“The property is convenient to the medical center which is what I needed. The room was comfortable however more attention needs to be paid to detail cleaning especially in the bathroom. Toilet seat was dirty with urine and there was no toilet paper.”
